Lester Andrei Lomboy is a passionate Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Justice Youth Advocate in the Philippines. He is the Founder of Bulacan Youth for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BYDRRM) and Co-founder of the National Youth for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management.
Now serving as a Disaster Resilience Youth Ambassador, he actively promotes disaster preparedness, climate action, and community resilience. Through his leadership, he empowers young leaders to take action, fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and proactive disaster response.
His advocacy focuses on equipping communities with knowledge, enhancing youth participation in policy-making, and strengthening climate justice efforts.
